A new lawsuit has been filed against Dilan Polat, a beauty center owner and social media influencer who is currently imprisoned for 4 separate crimes, including 'money laundering' and 'tax evasion.' Polat has become involved in a legal dispute with influencer A.A.
According to the report by Sabah, the incident in question took place on July 24, 2023. A.A. and Dilan Polat had an argument on a social media platform. Following the argument, Polat sent a message to A.A. that contained insulting remarks.
A.A. took screenshots of the messages and filed a complaint against Polat through her lawyer. Polat, whose statement was taken by the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, stated, "I do not remember sending the messages in question."
UP TO 7 YEARS IN PRISON SOUGHT
The prosecutor's office stated that the crime fell within the scope of reconciliation and the parties' file was sent to a mediator. However, the two could not reach an agreement.
