Explosion occurs at Necati Şaşmaz's factory
An explosion occurred at the factory owned by television and film actor Necati Şaşmaz in Bolu. Firefighting crews responded to the resulting fire.
A fire broke out at the Novawood wooden pallet factory located in Gerede, owned by Necati Şaşmaz, who is remembered for his role as 'Polat Alemdar' in the series 'Kurtlar Vadisi'.
According to the information obtained, sawdust inside silos located outside the factory's production area caught fire.
FIRE CREWS DISPATCHED TO THE SCENE
The ignited sawdust caused an explosion. The situation was reported to the 112 Emergency Call Center.
Upon the notification, firefighting crews were dispatched to the scene.
The fire, which resulted in no injuries, was extinguished and brought under control by the firefighting crews in a short time.
Production continued at the factory after the fire was brought under control by the crews.
