1 million TL compensation for former Survivor contestant

Barış Murat Yağcı, one of the phenomenon contestants of Survivor, has been sentenced to pay compensation to Yunus Sedat Aydın, from whom he received social media consulting services but failed to pay.

Barış Murat Yağcı participated in the Survivor program in 2020 and 2022 and received social media consulting services during this period. Yağcı, who is currently working as an actor, was sued on the grounds that he did not pay the fee for the consulting services he received.

According to the news in Patronlar Dünyası; Aydın, who provided consulting services to Yağcı, said, "He stayed in the competition until the final and came in second. He won a 450 thousand lira prize, but things changed after this point."

HE SAID OKAY

Stating that he made different offers to the actor so that he could make the payment, Aydın said, "I offered him to pay 300 thousand TL or to partner for two years by making advertising connections. Yağcı said okay to me, but then he never contacted me again and made an agreement with someone else. He never paid for the services I provided."

Following a two-year compensation lawsuit, the court found Aydın to be in the right and decided that the famous actor should pay 800 thousand TL plus three years of legal interest to Aydın (approximately 1 million 200 thousand TL).
