British singer and model Katie Price has been ordered to forfeit nearly half of her monthly earnings from the OnlyFans website, which is popular among adult content creators, to pay off her debts.

In the case heard at the High Court in the UK, it was stated that Price had previously reached a voluntary agreement regarding her debts but failed to pay the agreed-upon amount.

The judge ruled that four companies, including OnlyFans, must redirect 40 percent of the earnings of Katie Price, who declared bankruptcy in November 2019, as payment for her debts.

It was noted that Price charges her OnlyFans subscribers 14.99 US dollars per month.

FAILED TO MAKE REQUIRED PAYMENTS

According to a report by the BBC, it was stated in the hearing held on Thursday, February 29, that Price was required to make a total of 36 payments of 12,500 pounds each in accordance with the previously reached agreement, but that Price, who was also supposed to make a total payment in this context, failed to make the necessary payments.

According to information shared in court, Price's sources of income included OnlyFans and Backgrid, known as a celebrity news site.

Presiding Judge Catherine Burton ruled that a total of four companies, including these two, must deduct 40 percent of the payments they make to Price, and that this decision will be valid for every month for the next 3 years.

The aforementioned 40 percent amount will be deposited into a designated bank account every month as part of the debt repayment.
