Near the Milas district of Muğla, the car driven by Şerif Sezer, who was traveling toward Bodrum, collided with another vehicle that crossed into her lane. The accident, which occurred after the 26-year-old driver identified as Ş.A. lost control of the steering wheel, caused serious damage to Sezer's vehicle.

Due to the impact of the collision, the Milas-Söke highway was closed to traffic for a period. The road was reopened to traffic after the vehicles involved in the accident were towed away.
