Özdemiroğlu announced the tragic news in a post on his social media account.
'FAREWELL'
Özdemiroğlu stated, "My son has passed away.... Farewell, Mr. Can Ilgaz. May God's mercy and forgiveness be upon you..."
It was learned that 26-year-old Can Ilgaz passed away due to a brain hemorrhage.
WHO IS VEDAT ÖZDEMİROĞLU?
Vedat Özdemiroğlu was born on November 7, 1968, in Ankara. He is a graduate of the Istanbul University Faculty of Communication.
He began his writing career in 1987 and has continued it in various media outlets. He currently writes for the magazine Uykusuz.
He is the father of Can Ilgaz and Lale Leyla. He is known to be a Beşiktaş supporter.
He is the author of the books 'Türkçe Sözlü Hafif Mizah' and 'Selam Dünyalı, Ben Türküm!'
