Woman shot by her partner loses her battle for life: She was a mother of three
35-year-old Sehle Gündüz, who was critically injured after being shot in the head by her partner in the Adapazarı district of Sakarya, has lost her three-day battle for life in the hospital.
The incident occurred on the night of Thursday, September 5, in an apartment located in a business center on Kökçü Street in the Orta neighborhood.
According to the information obtained, an argument broke out between Sehle Gündüz (35) and S.S. (50), who was reported to be her partner.
During the argument, S.S. shot Gündüz in the head with a firearm and fled the scene.
Following the report of the incident, medical teams were dispatched to the area, and after initial intervention, the critically injured woman was taken to Sakarya Training and Research Hospital.

APPREHENDED WITH THE WEAPON WHERE HE WAS HIDING
Launching an investigation into the matter, teams from the Murder Bureau of the Sakarya Provincial Police Department's Public Security Branch found the suspect's vehicle abandoned in the Hendek district.
Shortly after the vehicle was found, the suspect, S.S., was apprehended in the place where he was hiding in the Hendek district, along with the weapon used in the incident.
The individual was arrested after his procedures at the police station and sent to prison.
