WHAT IS THE PLOT OF ŞAHSİYET?
Agâh Beyoğlu, a retired court clerk, lives a lonely and reclusive life in Beyoğlu, the most crowded and vibrant district of Istanbul. His daughter lives abroad, and his wife passed away years ago. Agâh's monotonous life is turned upside down by a diagnosis of early-stage Alzheimer's. Due to his illness, he will eventually forget all his memories.
Although he initially struggles with this reality, Agâh realizes that forgetting is an opportunity. It is an opportunity to commit a murder he has planned for years but constantly postponed! After all, he will not remember this crime he is about to commit in the future, and because he will not remember it, he will not feel any remorse. Meanwhile, Nevra, the only female police officer in the homicide bureau, is on the verge of resigning due to the pressure she is under. However, the decision Agâh makes regarding the murder will also completely change Nevra's life.
