After the initial intervention, the Mayor was taken to Manisa Celal Bayar University Hafsa Sultan Hospital, where medical staff worked for 70 minutes to resuscitate him. The intensive efforts were successful, and Zeyrek's pulse returned.

It was reported that Ferdi Zeyrek's heart is functioning normally while he is being kept sedated by doctors. However, it was stated that the process is being monitored closely to fully evaluate his bodily functions and detect any potential brain damage. Zeyrek, whose treatment continues in intensive care, is expected to be the subject of an update from hospital officials later today.

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel provided information regarding Mayor Zeyrek's health status in a statement from the hospital during the night. Özel stated, "There is nothing getting worse. He is in a better condition than he was two hours ago, but it is too early to say that everything is fine. The picture will become clearer when he is woken up at a time deemed appropriate by the doctors. My friend from our youth, my fellow fighter Ferdi Zeyrek does not give up easily; he will not leave us."
