Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş is concluding his political party contacts conducted ahead of the "framework law," which has come to the agenda within the scope of the process the government calls a "Terror-Free Turkey."
Kurtulmuş met with the leaders of the MHP, DEM Party, New Way Party, and CHP at the Parliament on July 21. Following his meeting with IYI Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu on July 22, he was scheduled to meet with AKP officials at 15:00.
It was reported that Kurtulmuş will make a statement at the TBMM at 16:00 following the traffic of meetings. The statement is expected to concern the scope of the planned framework law.
