First directive from Fatih Erbakan to mayors! Hadith of Prophet Muhammad hung at building entrances
Yeniden Refah Party (YRP) leader Fatih Erbakan has instructed the mayors of his party, who won in the March 31 elections, to hang the hadith of Prophet Muhammad, 'Both the one who takes a bribe and the one who gives it are cursed,' at their municipal buildings.
The Yeniden Refah Party (YRP), which became the third-largest party in Turkey by receiving 6.19 percent of the vote in the March 31 Local Elections, won one metropolitan municipality, one provincial municipality, 39 district municipalities, and 24 town municipalities.
In the YRP, which used the slogan 'Ethical Municipalism' during the local elections, the hadith of Prophet Muhammad, “Both the one who takes a bribe and the one who gives it are cursed,” was hung at the entrances of the Çumra and Dulkadiroğlu municipalities won on March 31, following the instructions of Chairman Fatih Erbakan.

Sharing on his social media account, Fatih Erbakan stated, “Praise be to God… Our Yeniden Refah mayors have begun hanging their signs as we promised. The era of Ethical Municipalism is beginning.”
