Özgür Özel pins CHP badge on Seda Kaya Ösen
İzmir Deputy Seda Kaya Ösen has left the DEVA Party and joined the CHP. Her party badge was presented by CHP Chairman Özgür Özel.
İzmir Deputy Seda Kaya Ösen has joined the Republican People's Party (CHP) after resigning from the DEVA Party last month.
Ösen's joining of the CHP was made official at a historic rally held in İzmir.
At this event, CHP Chairman Özgür Özel presented Ösen with her party badge, officially welcoming her to her new party.
During the rally, which was attended by hundreds of thousands, she was announced as: "Our surprise for you is our 13th deputy, Seda Kaya Ösen."
Ösen, who was elected as a deputy from the CHP lists under the DEVA Party quota in the May 2023 General Elections, had resigned from DEVA on April 22.
