China launches "Tianxing-1" test satellite
China has sent the second of its "Tianxing-1" test satellites into space.
According to the Xinhua news agency, the "Tianxing-1 02" satellite was launched from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in the northwest of the country using a Kuaizhou-1A rocket.
THE FIRST OF THE SATELLITES WAS LAUNCHED IN 2022
It was reported that the satellite successfully entered its planned orbit following the launch. The launch marked the 26th successful transport mission carried out with Kuaizhou-1A rockets.
It was noted that the test satellite, whose name means "celestial movement" in Chinese, will be used for experiments aimed at detecting the space environment.
The first of the Tianxing-1 satellites was launched on June 22, 2022.
