Oppo unveils the Oppo Watch X, a clone of the OnePlus Watch 2

Oppo has accelerated its pace in the wearable technology sector by working in deep partnership with OnePlus. Having introduced the OnePlus Watch 2 model at MWC 2024, the duo is now taking the stage with the Oppo Watch X model.

Oppo unveils the Oppo Watch X, a clone of the OnePlus Watch 2

The Oppo Watch X model shares similar features with the OnePlus Watch 2, which was introduced recently. The device is powered by the Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 processor and comes with a 500mAh battery capacity. This battery can be fully charged in as little as an hour with 7.5W fast charging support. When the Smart Mode feature is enabled, the device can be used for up to 100 hours, while it can last for 48 hours under normal usage.

In terms of design, the Oppo Watch X features a 1.43-inch AMOLED display covered with 2.5D curved sapphire glass. The watch, which has a circular panel and a stainless steel case, offers water resistance up to 5 ATM and IP68-rated dust and water protection.

Regarding sports and fitness features, the Oppo Watch X offers over 100 exercise modes, breath tracking, advanced sleep tracking, and dual-frequency GPS support. The health app, OHealth, comes integrated with Google's Health Connect platform.

The Oppo Watch X is offered in Platinum Black and Mars Brown color options and is expected to be available in the global market with a price tag of 295 dollars. This pricing is seen as one of Oppo's ambitious entries into the wearable technology field.
