According to reports in the Serbian press, an agreement has been reached between Tadic and Red Star. Tadic is expected to take the field in the Champions League third qualifying round match against Lech.
It is stated that Red Star has offered Tadic a contract unprecedented in the club's history. Under this contract, Tadic is set to earn a net 2 million Euros, though this figure is expected to increase further with bonuses.
The 36-year-old footballer's contract includes a total of 9 different bonus clauses.
The bonuses were listed in the report as follows:
- Qualification for the Champions League - 200,000 Euros (net)
- For every point in the Champions League - 30,000 Euros
- For every goal or assist in the Champions League - 5,000 Euros
- Participation in the Champions League play-offs or the Europa League - 50,000 Euros
- Bonus for every point in the Europa League - 5,000 Euros
- For every goal or assist in the Europa League - 5,000 Euros
- Serbian league championship - 30,000 Euros
- Serbian Cup championship - 10,000 Euros
- For every goal or assist in Serbian competitions - 5,000 Euros
