In the second week of the Ukrainian Premier League, Shakhtar Donetsk left the pitch with a 3-3 draw away at Karpaty Lviv. Arda Turan's side, who took the lead three times during the match, missed out on a victory after conceding a goal in the final minutes.
In the 28th minute of the match, referee Mykola Balakin showed a yellow card to Shakhtar player Azarovi. This decision caused Arda Turan to become angry on the sidelines. Turan's reaction was deemed "excessive dissent" by the referee and was punished with a yellow card. In those moments, Arda was heard saying "Shut up" in English to the fourth official.
Shakhtar Donetsk has reached 4 points after two matches in the league, with one win and one draw. Despite Arda Turan's team putting on an effective performance in attack, their lack of concentration in defense drew attention.
