Fenerbahçe Sporting Director Mario Branco, whose contract expires at the end of the season, has made statements regarding his future.

Mario Branco personally responded to the Porto and Benfica rumors surrounding him. Branco said he wants to return to Portugal and take on a role at a big club.
I HAVE NOT CONTACTED PORTO OR BENFICA
Stating that he has never worked at a big club in Portugal and that it is a major dream for him, Branco noted that he has not yet been in contact with the Porto or Benfica clubs.
When asked which of the two clubs he would prefer, Branco replied, "I have no preference. My club is Leixoes."
Mario Branco, who was appointed as the director of football at Fenerbahçe at the beginning of last season, is serving as the sporting director this season.
