First finalist in the Turkish Cup determined, Beşiktaş defeated by a single goal
In the Ziraat Turkish Cup semi-final, Konyaspor defeated Beşiktaş 1-0 away with a last-minute goal and advanced to the final.
In the 90+5th minute of the match played at Tüpraş Stadium, Konyaspor was awarded a penalty. Enis Bardhi, who took the penalty in the 90+8th minute, sent the ball into the net, carrying Konyaspor to the final.
Beşiktaş was denied by the goalposts twice against Konyaspor.
In the 36th minute of the match, El Bilal Toure's shot from outside the penalty area hit the crossbar, and the goalpost denied the black-and-whites once more during a period when they were effective in the opponent's half with the support of their fans. In the 65th minute, Orkun Kökçü's shot also hit the post.

Sergen Yalçın called to resign
After the match ended, Beşiktaş fans called for the resignation of club president Serdal Adalı and head coach Sergen Yalçın.
Following the penalty goal, the black-and-white supporters first directed their reaction toward the management, and then chanted "Sergen resign" for Sergen Yalçın.

Konyaspor in the final for the second time
Konyaspor, which lost its chance at the final last season after being defeated 5-1 by Galatasaray in the semi-finals, eliminated Beşiktaş to reach the final for the second time in its history.

The green-and-white team, which played its first final in the 2016-2017 season, won the cup by defeating RAMS Başakşehir 4-1 on penalties in a match where both regular time and extra time ended goalless.
Konyaspor will face the winner of the Natura Dünyası Gençlerbirliği-Trabzonspor matchup in the final.
