In a statement issued by Galatasaray regarding the matter, it was stated: "A criminal complaint will be filed with the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office against media outlets and individuals who manipulate public perception by using the names of our players in their reports.
Although these claims have been denied by the Prosecutor's Office, we will continue our legal battle to the end against institutions and similar entities that have not received even a shred of journalistic ethics and morality through such reports.
As Galatasaray Sports Club, we will never allow the distortion of facts, the discrediting of our players, and the exploitation of ethical values."
WHAT HAPPENED?
