A response has come from Hakan Çalhanoğlu's camp regarding the rumors of a potential transfer to Fenerbahçe. The national footballer's agent spoke to TRT Spor about Hakan's future and stated the following:
"There are many phone calls and conversations taking place. A lot of newspaper reports are appearing, especially in digital media. These things happen, but such processes should proceed through proper communication between the decision-makers."
"HE WILL BE AT INTER NEXT SEASON"
“There has been no meeting or negotiation with any team whatsoever. We have not held any talks with Fenerbahçe. We have not held any talks with Galatasaray either. To put an end to all the speculation, I can say that Hakan will wear the Inter jersey next season.”
“Hakan's genetics are entirely Turkish. We all want to represent the colors of the teams we supported since childhood. I cannot hide that Hakan Çalhanoğlu had a sympathy for Galatasaray in his childhood."
"GALATASARAY HAS OTHER PLANS"
"Galatasaray, like Fenerbahçe, is a top-level team that is very well known in Europe. There is no offer. According to the information I have, Galatasaray has other plans."
