Fenerbahçe's extraordinary general assembly will be held on September 20 and 21 at the former Kenan Evren High School grounds. Current president Ali Koç and Sadettin Saran will engage in a fierce competition for the presidency.

The congress will begin at 10:30 AM and will open on the first day with the election of the presidential council. Following this, the management and audit board reports will be read, and the presidential candidates will deliver their final speeches. Members will also be able to take the floor to share their views.

VOTE OF CONFIDENCE AND ELECTION PROCESS

At the end of the first day, a vote will be held for the acquittal of the management and audit boards. Additionally, the chairmen and members of the ballot box committees will be elected. On the second day, the voting process for the presidential election will take place. Votes will be cast in 50 ballot boxes between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Sunday, September 21, and will be counted afterward.

NEW PRESIDENT TO BE ANNOUNCED ON SUNDAY

Once the voting process is completed, the ballot boxes will be opened collectively and the votes will be counted. The chairman of the general assembly council will announce Fenerbahçe's new president at the end of the day.

HISTORIC TURNOUT EXPECTED

Approximately 30,000 members are expected to vote in the congress, which is anticipated to go down in club history. The turnout record from previous congresses, where 21,350 members voted in 2018 and 27,489 in 2024, is expected to be broken this year.

While Ali Koç is running for president for the fourth time, Sadettin Saran aims to become the club's 34th president. Both candidates are seeking support from the members.
