Jose Mourinho speaks on Fenerbahçe!
World-renowned manager Jose Mourinho, with whom Fenerbahçe has begun negotiations, has made statements regarding his future.
Fenerbahçe, having parted ways with İsmail Kartal, has notified the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it has begun negotiations with Portuguese manager Jose Mourinho.
Jose Mourinho, who traveled to England for the Real Madrid - Borussia Dortmund final to be played in the Champions League, spoke to Sky Sports.
The experienced manager said, "I decided I want to go, but there is nothing finished. I cannot confirm it to you yet, but I want to go there."
Speaking about Fenerbahçe's situation in the Champions League, Mourinho stated, "The Champions League is difficult... Fenerbahçe has to play 3 qualifying rounds. 8 players went to the European Championship, they won't be in the pre-season camp. They won't be there before the first qualifying round, so it's a bit difficult. But if we reach an agreement... You know I love competition. If we reach an agreement, I will work very hard to be in the Champions League."
