Tensions rise again between Aziz Yıldırım and Hamdi Akın
A heated argument broke out between Hamdi Akın and Aziz Yıldırım during the Fenerbahçe High Council meeting. The meeting was briefly adjourned following the incident.
At the Fenerbahçe High Council meeting, following speeches by former presidents Ali Koç and Aziz Yıldırım, Hamdi Akın, who served during the Koç era, took the podium. However, tense moments occurred between Akın and Aziz Yıldırım during his speech.
Hamdi Akın'S STATEMENT ON THE LAND
In his statement regarding the land in Kayışdağı, Hamdi Akın noted that former president Aziz Yıldırım had mentioned a figure of "70 million euros," and stated, "Euro or dollar, it doesn't matter; if he gives 60, we will sell it immediately." Following these remarks, Aziz Yıldırım reacted by standing up and responding sharply.
Referring to Akın's previous remarks, Aziz Yıldırım directed a sharp question at Hamdi Akın, who had stated that the land in İncek had been leased, asking, "Tell us, how much rent are you going to collect in İncek?" This question caused tension in the hall.
TENSION ROSE IN THE HALL, THE COUNCIL CHAIRMAN INTERVENED
Following the verbal exchange between Yıldırım and Akın, some members in the hall also joined the argument. Fenerbahçe High Council Chairman Şekip Mosturoğlu intervened in the events, stating, "Our friends involved in the incident have been removed from the hall."
