The lucky winner, who participated in the draw from Sverdlov with a ticket purchased for 100 rubles, won the prize after failing to guess any of the 24 numbers.
According to the rules, those who match 12 out of 24 numbers or those who match none of them receive a prize.
Meanwhile, a person who played the lottery from Chelyabinsk in Russia won a prize for the second time within a year.
The winner, named Vyacheslav, had previously won 41.8 million rubles in the first competition.
