India claims its citizens were deceived and deployed in the Russia-Ukraine war!

India's Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had previously announced that at least 35 Indian citizens were taken to Russia through agents.

The CBI indicated that these individuals were trained in combat roles and deployed in the Russia-Ukraine War against their will.

Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal urged citizens "not to be swayed" by intermediaries offering "support jobs" in the Russian army.

Jaiswal noted that they are in talks with the Moscow administration for the repatriation of their citizens who were deceived with job promises and taken to Russia.

Warning the public about such offers, Jaiswal stated, "This situation is fraught with danger and life-threatening risks."

The Indian Embassy in Moscow had confirmed the death of an Indian citizen who was fighting in the Russian ranks.

Meanwhile, Nepal also shared information that 14 of its citizens who were forced to fight against Ukraine had died, and demanded that the Russian authorities release hundreds of their citizens who were being trained to fight.
