Israeli Deputy Mayor makes racist remarks against Gazans and Muslims
Arieh King, Deputy Mayor of Jerusalem, used racist language against Gazans and Muslims, calling them "not human" and advocating for hundreds of Gazans to be buried alive.
King, known for his fanatical Jewish rhetoric, made a racist and hate-filled post on his X social media account.
Sharing a photo of unarmed people detained by the Israeli army in Gaza the previous day, who were shown stripped, blindfolded, and with their hands tied, King referred to them as "not human" and "Muslim Nazis."
Pointing to Israel's massacres in Gaza and stating, "We need to increase our pace," King stated that "if it were up to him, he would bury these people alive with D-9 military bulldozers" and that he would call them "ants."
The fanatical Israeli Deputy Mayor used the words, "They are not human, not even subhuman animals. They are subhuman and that is how they should be treated."
Quoting from the Book of Deuteronomy (25:19) in the Torah, King shared the passage: "When the Lord your God gives you rest from all the enemies around you in the land he is giving you to possess as an inheritance, you shall blot out the name of Amalek from under heaven. Do not forget!"
Underneath his quote from the Torah, the Israeli official added another racist comment equating Muslims with Nazis, stating, "Hundreds of Amalekites (a people described in the Torah as enemies of the Israelites), Muslim-Nazis, what do you think should be the punishment?"
In response to a social media user who reacted by saying, "You will end up in The Hague (International Criminal Court)," Arieh King continued to defend his statements, replying, "Why? Because we killed Nazis?"
It was observed that the post in question was removed from X after a while on the grounds that it violated community guidelines.
