Pentagon: 140 US soldiers injured in Iranian attacks

The US Department of Defense (Pentagon) has issued a statement regarding soldiers injured as a result of Iranian retaliation following attacks by the US and Israel on Iran.
Pentagon Spokesperson Sean Parnell stated that 140 US soldiers were injured, 8 of whom remain in critical condition and are receiving the highest level of medical care.
The statement, which is the first official announcement regarding injured soldiers since the attacks began on February 28, comes at a time when the Washington administration is sending conflicting messages regarding the status and trajectory of the war.
