ECONOMIC DIFFICULTIES PUT THE COMPANY IN A TOUGH SPOT

Known for its slogan 'Nuts from the Village to the Public,' Yedikır Kuruyemiş filed for a concordat with the Suluova 2nd Civil Court of First Instance due to the economic bottleneck it is facing. The court granted a 3-month temporary grace period for the company.

THE COMMISSION'S REPORT WILL BE DECISIVE

The court appointed a commission consisting of Certified Public Accountant Fuat Kubilay, Certified Public Accountant Veysel Kayar, and Lawyer Serdar Bektaş to evaluate the company's financial situation. The report to be prepared by the commission will determine the final decision on whether the firm, which has been operating since 1998, will go bankrupt.
