The Iberian Peninsula, where Spain, Portugal, and Andorra are located today, was a region where Muslims, Jews, and Catholics lived together 500 years ago, unlike the present day.

Even before the conquests of Islamic armies, Jews who began settling in the Iberian Peninsula during the time of Phoenician colonies and Visigoths developed many of Spain's current metropolises in the fields of trade, education, and science over the centuries. The Catholic Aristocracy, which reached the peak of its power with the marriage of the Queen of Castile and Leon and the King of Aragon in 1469, began to condemn Jews and conversos who had later become Catholic to death with the Spanish Inquisition established in 1478. By March 31, 1492, the Alhambra Decree, signed by the king and queen, ordered Jews to leave the Iberian Peninsula within 4 months without taking any gold, silver, or jewelry with them.

Those who opposed the decree were to be executed. Similar exile decisions regarding Jews, who had previously been expelled from England in 1290 and from French territories in the 13th century, were also taken by Sicily in 1493 and Portugal in 1497. Jews expelled from their homelands were accepted by the Ottoman Empire and settled in trade centers, primarily Istanbul, Izmir, and Thessaloniki. Trade routes under Ottoman control, which had weakened due to the Age of Discovery, caught their breath thanks to the Sephardic Jews who were skilled in trade, crafts, and science, and thus the economic impact of the Age of Discovery was mitigated. Since the great migration in 1492, Turkish Jews have also added the Anoten prayer, which wishes strength and success to the Ottoman Sultans, to their worship every Saturday to show their gratitude and appreciation. This prayer continues to be recited for the Republic of Turkey and its President, and it is a practice performed only by Turkish Jews worldwide, with no other example.

In the centuries that followed, the territories belonging to the Ottoman Empire, which once held sway over three continents, were occupied one by one, and finally, in the early 20th century, it was our motherland's turn. At this time, an orphan who appeared on the stage of history—as if to defy the flow of the stream as in Black Sea folk songs—changed the course of history and gave his people a military victory they had been longing for for three centuries. In the words of Henry Franklin-Bouillon, who signed the Treaty of Ankara on behalf of the French Government, the oxcart had defeated the truck. By the 1930s, anti-Semitism had approached its peak in German-speaking Central, Northern, and Eastern Europe, and had also reached dangerous levels in the Soviet geography.

With Hitler coming to power in 1933, the life and property security of Ashkenazi Jews living in Europe was almost legally eliminated, and the university reform was carried out in Turkey in the same year. Ashkenazi Jewish scientists invited to the country during the Atatürk era wrote Turkish textbooks in their own fields and taught their courses in Turkish. Unlike their ancestors who migrated to these lands 450 years ago, they were not just anyone; they were among the world's leading scientists in their fields. Despite being exposed to the Great Depression, which began in 1929 and was fully felt towards the end of the 1930s, and subsequently the Second World War, the Republic, which was still in its infancy, benefited from their knowledge and experience, which would perhaps advance the republic by 100 years.

The lands of Israel and Palestine, which are the root cause of the blood flowing today, were taken from the Turks by the British army and Arab militias during the First World War, and since our kinsmen did not live in this region during our war of independence, it was not included within the National Pact (Misak-ı Milli). The Palestine Liberation Organization and Hamas do not recognize the TRNC, do not clearly and unequivocally reject the Armenian Genocide lie, and do not condemn the persecution in East Turkestan. These historical facts were also clearly stated by Alparslan Türkeş, the founder of the current ruling partner, during his lifetime. On the other hand, Israel is a staunch ally of Azerbaijan and provided as effective support to the Nagorno-Karabakh war as Turkey did. The rulers and the kagan family of the Khazar Khaganate, one of the 16 Great Turkish States on the Presidential Seal, adopted Judaism. In short, there is no record of hostility between Jews and the Turkic World throughout history.

In the state mechanism, which is fundamentally an administrative and economic formation, there are no human-specific feelings and emotions. States take and must take positions according to the interests of their citizens in the short, medium, and long term. Both the terrorist attacks against Israel and the inhumane state terror that Israel applies to Palestinians can only be read by our country according to the balance of interests. Our country has no interest or connection left with the aforementioned lands, which were lost in the First World War and where our kinsmen are not present. Both sides of this war are a spontaneous stick, and this war is not our war. The distance covered in recent years by Jews and Greeks, who have not been able to establish good relations throughout history, is a diplomatic fiasco for Turkey that will go down in history.

On January 2, 2020, the EastMed (Eastern Mediterranean Pipeline Project), which violates Turkey's Exclusive Economic Zone and Blue Homeland Doctrine, was signed between the Greek Cypriot Administration, Israel, and Greece. The effort of our country to protect its legitimate interests based on the agreement signed with Libya against this agreement was suppressed by the USA, forcing Turkey to retreat, and our drilling ships were withdrawn from the Eastern Mediterranean.

Turkey, which has lost a historical ally in the Eastern Mediterranean due to the political Islamist mentality that resembles team fanaticism rather than state governance, and is far from utilizing the historical opportunity it has to compensate for this loss, should have nothing on its agenda other than the recognition of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, the acceptance of the Blue Homeland Doctrine in the international community, the resumption of drilling activities in the Mediterranean, the revision of EastMed in our favor or the transportation of the extracted natural gas to Europe via our country, and the liquidation of the structures in northern Iraq that are against our country.
