The duration of the financial support implemented to encourage urban transformation in Istanbul, known publicly as "half is on us," has been extended until December 31, 2027, by a Presidential Decree. 

With the amendment made to the Regulation on Manufacturing Facilities for Human Medicinal Products, new product definitions such as aromatherapeutic products, traditional herbal medicinal products, products derived from hemp, foods for special medical purposes, and medicinal herbal teas have been included in the regulation. 

With a principle decision by the Council of Judges and Prosecutors, a practice has been initiated where Chief Public Prosecutors and their deputies, in addition to their administrative duties, will be assigned investigation files like all other prosecutors and will actively work on these files. 

The Constitutional Court;

- Ruled that there is no application procedure for prisoners who were unfairly given solitary confinement in prison, which was later cancelled, to claim damages, and that this situation constitutes a violation of the right to an effective remedy. The High Court will notify the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) to resolve this legal loophole.  

- Ruled that the dismissal of a case on procedural grounds because the items of receivables were not written one by one in the mediation report, but were instead included in a general manner as "receivables arising from the employee-employer relationship," was excessively formalistic and constituted a violation of the right of access to a court.

With the amendment made to the Regulation on the Operation of Inpatient Treatment Institutions, the regulations regarding health boards and health reports contained in this regulation were abolished. The Regulation on Health Reports has become the sole source to be applied in this regard.

With the amendment made to the Regulation on Inter-Institutional Temporary Assignment, a notification requirement to the public personnel information system has been introduced for inter-institutional temporary assignments. Furthermore, career profession personnel in their candidacy, internship, or assistantship periods can no longer be temporarily assigned under the scope of this regulation.
